Yes, you can use the themes/plugins forever but you won’t be able to receive support, updates or re-download the items from your dashboard after your licnesing has expired.


Log into your “My Account” section and click on “Account Details” tab to edit your account information.

If your order was successfully completed then you can download your theme files in your “My Account” page. After logging in click on your name on the top-right part of the site and you will be redirected to your “My Account” where you can download your files.

Yes! You can use our themes to create your client’s site. However, your clients will not have access to ThemeMunk support unless they purchase directly from us.  We can only provide support to primary account holder.



Right now, we accept PayPal payment only and in case you do not have a PayPal account then you can also use your Credit or Debit Card with PayPal and checkout as a Guest without creating an account.

Unfortunately, no. Our themes do not work with Our themes only work on self-hosted WordPress installation

Yes, all of our themes are translation-ready and are shipped with  .po file for easy translation. You can translate it to your language using PO Editor.  Also, read our tutorial on how to translate a theme for more detailed guide.

Yes! All of our themes are built using mobile first Bootstrap framework and work beautifully on mobile browsers.

Yes, all our themes work on WordPress Multisite setup.

All of our themes work with any hosting company that supports WordPress. Make sure your hosting company supports WordPress and uses latest version of WordPress as well as MySQL 5 or higher and PHP5 or higher.

Please make sure that you are using the correct password and username that you created an account with. If your password is not working then please try resetting the password.

We provide minimal support for our free themes using email. Please email us at stating which theme you are using and your problem and we will try to answer your query.

We offer services site migration, please email us if you are interested.

Unfortunately, if you cancel your subscription, you won’t have access to our support or theme updates.

Most of our support is free, but if you require customization services, these can be performed for an extra charge, please email us if interested.

We provide theme related support for free of cost but if you require theme setup or customization that is beyond the scope of what we offer then that would cost extra. Please use the form over here to request theme setup and customization service.

Sorry, we can only provide support through our ticket system. However rest assured we reply to most tickets within an hour and try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

We provide 1 Year support on single theme purchases and unlimited support for customers who hold club membership as long as you hold the membership.

Your themes and plugin which you buy on ThemeMunk will continue to work even after your support validity is finished.


Our primary mode of support is through our support ticket system.  Once you purchase a theme you will receive login information for your “My Account” page on our site. Log in to your My Account page and click on “Support” tab in the page and you can submit your support request.
